We securely wipe all devices, so long as they're of the required age and working properly. Older or damaged devices may not be wiped to the best standard. We would be happy to look at your devices with you if you would like more detail or reassurance on what will happen to it.
Devices such as desktop computers or high-valued laptops that may not be suitable for our beneficiaries will be sold to help raise funds for the project. For older devices, we strive to find them a new home within the community. If beyond repair, we work with electronics recycling partners to ensure responsible disposal.
